Branch & Bond integrates directly with the FamilySearch API. When you click “Import from FamilySearch,” you’ll be redirected to FamilySearch to log in and authorize access. Once authorized, we pull your ancestor tree automatically — no copy-pasting required.
We import names, birth and death years, and family relationships for up to 6 generations. The data is used solely to generate your artwork and is never sold or shared with third parties.
We offer three standard print sizes:
- 16 × 20 inches — great for a bedroom or study
- 18 × 24 inches — our most popular size, ideal as a centerpiece
- 24 × 36 inches — statement size for large living spaces or family gathering rooms
All sizes are produced at high resolution and look exceptional when framed. Custom sizes may be available on request — contact us to ask.
All prints are produced on fine art matte paper through our print partner Prodigi. The paper is acid-free and archival-quality, designed to resist fading for decades. Prints are produced using museum-grade giclée inkjet technology, giving rich, accurate color reproduction across the full tonal range of our artwork styles.
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days of placing your order. Standard delivery typically takes:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Yes. Your tree is saved to your Branch & Bond account and can be edited at any time from your dashboard. You can update names, dates, and relationships, switch art styles, or add more generations before placing an order. Changes are saved automatically as you work.
Yes. Your family data is stored securely and is never sold, leased, or shared with third parties beyond what is needed to produce your print (e.g., sending your artwork file to our print partner).
Data imported from FamilySearch is handled under our Privacy Policy and the FamilySearch API agreement. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@branchandbond.com.
We stand behind our prints with a satisfaction guarantee. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you saw in the preview, we’ll replace it at no charge.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Note that digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
No — a FamilySearch account is entirely optional. You can build your family tree manually by typing in the names, dates, and places you already know. The FamilySearch import is a convenience feature for people who have already built a tree there; it’s not a requirement to use Branch & Bond. Whether you have 3 generations or 6, manual entry works just as well.
