Refund & Return Policy

At Branch & Bond, we take pride in the quality of every print we produce. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your print for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to find the best resolution — whether that is a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund. Your happiness with the final product is important to us.

2. Print Quality Issues

We will provide a free replacement or full refund if your order arrives with any of the following issues:

  • Defective print: significant color inaccuracies, banding, blurring, or other manufacturing defects.
  • Wrong size: the print you received does not match the size you ordered.
  • Damage in transit: the print arrived torn, creased, or otherwise damaged due to shipping.

To qualify, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo clearly showing the issue. We may request that you return the defective item before issuing a replacement; return shipping in such cases is covered by us.

3. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered. Because digital files can be copied and retained indefinitely, we are unable to offer refunds after download. Please carefully review your tree design and preview before purchasing a digital download. If you encounter a technical problem downloading your file, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.

4. Order Cancellation

Print orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided that printing has not yet begun. Once an order has been sent to our print partner for production, it can no longer be cancelled. If you need to cancel, please contact us as quickly as possible at support@branchandbond.com with your order number in the subject line.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a return, refund, or replacement request:

  1. Email us at support@branchandbond.com with the subject line “Refund Request — Order #[your order number]”.
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Attach a photo clearly showing the problem (for print quality issues or transit damage).

We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm receipt and next steps.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and may take an additional 2–5 business days after we initiate the refund.
